Fill in each programme by year. Every row calculates annual attendance automatically, then the model converts total venue traffic into beer pours, litres and keg equivalents.
Annual attendance per programme = ((teams/groups × average participants per team/group) + average R18 audience per session) × days per week × weeks per year. Year 1 is pre-filled with your current rough estimates. Year 2 and Year 3 baseline inputs assume 10% year-on-year growth where growth is realistic, rounded up to practical whole numbers. Academy programmes, CIC youth tournament, senior trainings and matchdays keep their team/group count fixed. Each year can then be viewed as Conservative (10% below baseline), Baseline, or Growth (20% above baseline).
